Supporting Niagara’s Families since 1996

We’re here to help you thrive

The Family Mental Health Support Network of Niagara was born out of the passion and vision of five compassionate local families. Recognizing the crucial importance of mental health education, they set out to empower and embolden families impacted by mental illness, enabling them to become even stronger advocates for their loved ones.

We provide free workshops to help caregivers understand mental illness, treatments, and available mental health services in Niagara.
