Radical Acceptance Group Workshop

Registration is open! Sessions starting April 2nd, 2025

Caring for a Loved One Struggling with Mental Health? You Are Not Alone.

Being a caregiver for someone experiencing mental health challenges can be overwhelming. It’s natural to feel emotions like sadness, frustration, and anxiety when facing uncertainty. This journey is not an easy one—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Join us for a 3-week group focused on Radical Acceptance, a distress tolerance skill that can help you cope with difficult emotions and situations beyond your control.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Understanding Radical Acceptance – What it is and how it works as a tool for managing distress.

  • Coping with Overwhelm – Strategies to handle feelings of frustration, sadness, and uncertainty.

  • Practical Application – How to integrate Radical Acceptance into your daily life to find relief and regain balance.

This supportive group provides a safe space for caregivers to explore these skills, connect with others who understand their experiences, and gain tools to help them move forward with greater peace of mind.
